Thanks to weekly training sessions, every eligible RV Technician from Dewalts RV is certified at the fall RVIA/RVDA certification testing at Northampton Community College's National Recreational Vehicle Training Institute in Bethlehem, PA. One hundred percent of Dewalts eligible technicians are RVIA/RVDA Certified.

A key difference at Dewalts is on-going formal training, not just on-the-job training as is done at most RV dealers. A minimum of three hours of formal, uninterrupted classroom and practical hands-on training is held each and every week at Dewalts. Greg Dewalt, a Master Certified RV Technician, directs service and parts operations at Dewalts, and serves as an instructor at Northampton Community Collegeís NRVTI.
