To qualify for recognition as a Coachment Service Star Service Center, a service center must meet a demanding set of requirements related to: training, facility, equipment, repair, capabilities and performance, certified technicians,Parts, availability, customer satisfaction rating, and more.

To assure that Service Stars Service Centers maintain the required standards of performance, Coachmen performs on-site inspections, measures performance, and reviews qualifications each year. Each Service Center is rated by levels of service: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
